90-Night Satisfaction Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Preferred Solar Products stands behind the quality of its products and offers a 90-Night Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility Period

• The 90-Night Satisfaction Guarantee begins on the date the product is delivered.

• Customers must initiate a return request within 90 calendar nights of delivery to qualify.

2. Order Limitations

• The 90-Night Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to orders of two (2) units or fewer.

• Orders containing more than two units are not eligible for this guarantee.

3. Condition of Returned Products

• Products must be returned in good working condition, with no intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

• All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included in the return.

4. Original Packaging Requirement

• If the customer retains and uses the original packaging, Preferred Solar Products will:

  • Cover the cost of return shipping, and

  • Issue a full refund to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.

• If the original packaging is not available, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, and additional fees may apply.

5. Return Authorization Process

• Customers must contact Preferred Solar Products customer support to obtain return authorization before sending any product back.

• Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

• Please allow a reasonable processing time for inspection and refund completion.

7. Exclusions

• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, neglect, accidents, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

• This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

8. Modifications to the Guarantee
